Belgian staff cars, lorries and troops in the Grand Place. 273 Coy ASC (21 Division MT Coy) commenced using the railhead at Rousbrugge on 27 April 1918. On 3 May 1918 their railhead was changed to St Omer. |
Nos 11, 36 and 44 Casualty Clearing Stations were in Rousbrugge. VAD Alice Batt was awarded the Albert Medal for helping wounded men from the burning wards at 36 CCS on 1 October 1918. |
